Virginia Medina, 54 of Denver, Colorado
passed away in Denver on April 30, 2009.  She
was born on May 26, 1954 to Lupe and
Agustina Medina in San Francisco, Colorado.

Her hobbies included Gambling, Bingo, and
spending time with her loving family.  She was
very loveable to all her grandkids, nieces and
nephews.  She served on the board of Denver
Health for many years and she did volunteer
work at St. Anthony's Church in Denver.

Survivors include her husband Mike Rael, one
son; Miguel Rael of Denver, three brothers;
Glen (Mary Ann) Medina of Colorado Springs,
Vern (Adeline) Medina of Pueblo, Tom (Emma)
Medina of Pueblo, four sisters; Frieda (Ernest)
Sturtevant of Colorado Springs, Josie (Billy)
Maestas of Los Fuertes, Deluvinia (Carpio)
Sanchez of Pueblo, Lillian (Augustine)
Jaramillo of Albuquerque, four grandchildren,
and numerous nieces and nephews.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents,
one brother; Lupe Medina Jr. two sisters;
Thelma Medina, Bernice Sanchez.

The Funeral Mass was held at St Francis of
Assisi Church in San Francisco on May 4, 2009

Arrangements were made with Weylen's
Funeral Home of San Pablo.
