| Mary Torrez, 90 of Arvada, Colorado passed away on January 7, 2012. She was born to Lee Payne Refujio Payne on December 31, 1921 in Questa, NM. She loved arts and crafts, music, camping, fishing, pretty much anything that had to do with the outdoors. Mary was the bookkeeper at Grace Chapel for many years. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, two sons; Steven L. Sanchez, Willis Manuel Sanchez. She is survived by two sons; William Franklin Sanchez, Alfonso Sanchez, five daughters; Judy (Gerald) Phillips, Geraldine Lang, Nona Teti, Mary Sanchez, Josy (Arnold) Rodriguez-Sanchez, one daughter in law; E. Dori Sanchez, one brother; Andrew Payne, one sister; Ruby Payne, 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. A rosary was held on January 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM and the Funeral Service was on January 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM, both at Weylen’s Funeral Home Chapel in San Pablo, with the burial at San Isidro Cemetery in Los Fuertes. The family of Mary Torrez has chosen Weylen’s Funeral Home of San Pablo to take care of the arrangements. |
