Rudolpho Mascarenas 86,
of Amalia, NM passed away on June 12, 2008 in Odessa ,
TX. He was born to Clemente and Gavina Mascarenas on
May 27, 1922.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one son Alvin
Mascarenas and three brothers, Aban Mascarenas, Daniel
Mascarenas and Jesus Maria two sisters Elva Maes and
Dolores Martinez.
Rudolpho is survived Matilda Gurule and his children;
Marcella (Roger) Stockton of Las Vegas, NV, Melva (Saul)
Mendez of Odessa, TX, Jacqueline Mascarenas of Santa
Fe, NM, Rudy (Connie) Mascarenas of Amalia, NM,
Jeanette (Manny) Garcia of Santa Fe, NM, Clemente (Lynn)
Mascarenas of Questa, NM, 12 grandchildren, Jennifer,
Marcus, Vicki, Araceli, Erica, Arturo, Coleen, Wayne, Jose,
Myra, Poncho, and Selena. 6 great grand children; Andrew,
Cheyanna, Aliyah, Marcus, Luk, and Jesus, and one great
great grandchild Ayloni. He is also survived by one sister
Candelaria Torres.
A Rosary was held on Monday June 17th at the Sacred
Heart Church in Costilla, NM at 7:00 pm.
The Funeral Mass was held on Tuesday June 18th at the
Sacred Heart Church in Costilla, NM at 10:00 am with
Interment at El Santo Nino Cemetery in Amalia, NM.
Arrangements were made with Weylen’s Funeral Home of
Questa.
