Griselda Romero,
of Taos passed away on December 12, 2008 at her home in
Taos. She was born on September 3, 1923 to Manuel and
Gertrude Martinez in Taos.
She is preceded in death by her parents, four sons;Ronald,
Richard, Carl, and Chris Romero, one daughter Rachael
Romero, eight brothers and eleven sisters.
Griselda is survived by eight sons; Antonio, Steve, Robert, Gil,
Albert, Danny, Art and Jon Romero, three daughters; Michelle,
Sylvia and Cindy Romero, Numerous grandchildren, great
grandchildren and great great grandchildren. We would like to
thank Mountain Home Health Care and their staff and the
Hospice volunteers.
A Memorial service will be held at Potter House Church in Taos
on Sunday, December 28, 2008 at 10:30 AM. A Rosary will be
held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Taos on Sunday,
December 28, 2008 at 7:00 PM. The Memorial Mass will be held
at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Taos on Monday,
December 29, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Arrangements were made with
