| Jesus Margarito Medina Jesus Margarito Medina was reunited with his Father and the angels in heaven on December 01, 2011. He is survived by his beautiful wife, Irene “Hannah” Medina, children: Evelyn Medina, Jesse (Bridgette) Medina Jr., Teri Medina- Sanchez, Sharon (Andrew) Medina, Janet Medina, Martin (Toni) Medina, grandchildren: Emelin (Brad) Medina-Ross, Nicholette (Billy) Doucett, Miranda Rae Martinez, Candice (Ramiro) Medina, Damien Ruybal, Derrick Medina, Cierra Ruybal, Great- grandchildren: Tristen Ross, Brooklyn Ross, Gabrielle Ross, Natalie Chavez, Analee Avalos, sister Clory (Mike) Savino, and numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Jesse Allen Medina, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters. His life was passionately devoted to his family. He often said, when referring to his family, “Este es mi Tesoro” or “This is my Treasure.” Jesus was a man who always kept God close to his heart. He was comforted by praying the rosary, and because his faith was strong, he constantly sent up the prayer “Thanks, God.” He left us peacefully, surrounded by his most precious possession: his family, to walk with Jesus and watch over us all. A celebration of his life will include viewings, Saturday, Dec. 03 from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday Dec. 04 from 1:00 p.m.-5: 00 p.m. and a rosary, Saturday Dec. 03 at 6:00 p.m. at Weylen's Funeral Home Chapel in San Luis, CO. A second rosary, Sunday Dec. 04 at 7:00 p.m., and the funeral mass, Monday Dec. 05 at 10:00 a.m., will be at Sangre de Cristo Church in San Luis, CO. Interment to follow at San Pedro Cemetery. Arrangements were made with Weylen's Funeral Home in San Pablo. |
