Felipita Maxwell Martinez 85,
of Taos passed away on December 10, 2007 in Las
Vegas, New Mexico. She was born to Menard Maxwell
and Terecina Maestas on November 15, 1922 in Taos.
She is preceded in death by her parents and Her late
husband Emilio Martinez.
She is survived by three sons; Henry (Mildred) Martinez
of Taos, Francis G. (Barbara) Martinez of Espanola,
Gerald R. Martinez of California, one daughter Martha
Martinez of Salt Lake City and 13 grandchildren.
A Rosary was held on Thursday, December 13, 2007 at
Weylen’s Funeral Home Chapel.
The Funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 14,
2007 at 10:00 AM at St Anthony’s Church in Questa with
burial to follow at Dolores Cemetery in Taos.
Arrangements were made with Weylen’s Funeral Home in
Questa.
